This week you will focus on putting these 12 steps into place. 

Week 3 – Your Shopping List. By now you'll have a good idea about the foods that you should and shouldn't be eating and the reasons why you are adding or avoiding them with your own nutrition plan.
In week 3, Sam will address what is often the biggest obstacle to actually committing to any new nutritional strategy, shopping for the stuff in the first place! 

Body Composition Analysis & Report (£20 value)
