Are You Confused By Nutrition? You’re Not Alone…

  • Why is it that you can eat the best organic foods, take the finest supplements, drink plenty of fluids, exercise like mad, get plenty of sleep and still feel terrible?

Have you ever noticed when you walk into your local bookstore how many books there are on diet and nutrition? All promising the 'secrets' to losing weight and achieving the body we’ve always wanted?

Yet, most of these books will contradict each other, some claiming a high protein diet is the way forward, whilst others say the exact opposite of this.

So whom are we supposed to believe?

Good training with poor nutrition is like driving a Ferrari with cheap oil in it .You will not get very far. Here at Evolution fitness, we do not believe in “one plan fits all” diets.

Instead, WE believe that your individual needs and body type are different than someone else’s so we should not expect everyone to be successful on one set meal plan.

This is what’s known as your “metabolic type”.

Just as you are unique in all other areas, your body has a unique biochemistry requiring different portions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats that differs from other peoples’ requirements - the very same foods that keep your best friend slim may keep you overweight unhealthy and fatigued.

It’s essential to note that learning your metabolic type and fine-tuning your dietary needs to your metabolic type, will help clear up the dietary “mysteries” that may challenge you as they have challenged many others. Most importantly, it will advance your ability to fight and prevent disease, avoid premature ageing and achieve your ideal weight.

We currently work with many clients who suffer from various conditions and have found through nutritional intervention that they not only have they achieved great relief from their associated pain but that their conditions have actually regressed.
